Opera singer, tenor
A Russian opera singer, tenor, and soloist of the Mariinsky Theatre. He was born in 1990 in Murmansk. In 2009, he graduated from the conducting and choral department of the Murmansk College of Arts, and in 2014, he completed the vocal and directing faculty of the N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg State Conservatory. In the same year, he made his debut on the stage of the Mariinsky Theatre in Berlioz's "Les Troyens".
Since 2016, he has been a soloist in the opera company of the Mariinsky Theatre, where he performs roles such as Lensky ("Eugene Onegin"), Andrei Morozov ("The Oprichnik"), Prince Yuri ("The Enchantress"), King Charles VII ("The Maid of Orleans"), Levko ("May Night"), Tsar Berendey ("The Snow Maiden"), Blacksmith Vakula ("Christmas Eve"), Ivan Lykov ("The Tsar's Bride"), The Nose ("The Nose"), Anatole Kuragin and Gerard ("War and Peace"), Father Elustaf, Pablo, and First Mask ("The Duenna"), Prince Myshkin ("The Idiot" by Weinberg), Lefty ("Lefty"), April ("Christmas Tale"), Idomeneo ("Idomeneo, King of Crete"), Don Ottavio ("Don Giovanni"), Ramiro ("La Cenerentola" by Rossini), Count Libenskof ("Journey to Reims"), Edgar Ravenswood ("Lucia di Lammermoor"), Ismael ("Nabucco"), Macduff ("Macbeth"), Richard ("The Masquerade Ball"), Duke of Mantua ("Rigoletto"), Alfred Germont ("La Traviata"), Arrigo ("I Vespri Siciliani"), Gabriele Adorno ("Simon Boccanegra"), Cassio ("Othello" by Verdi), Fenton ("Falstaff"), Rudolf ("La Bohème"), Rinuccio ("Gianni Schicchi"), Benvenuto Cellini ("Benvenuto Cellini"), Faust ("Faust" by Gounod), Faust ("Faust's Condemnation"), Oedipus ("Oedipus Rex" by Stravinsky), and more.
